Appointment Policy
All patients must have an appointment to be seen during Clinic hours. We are unable to accept patients on a walk-in basis. If an emergency does occur on surgery days you will be seen at our office as soon as Dr.Fleeger or Dr.Graves can safely be free. This method of appointment scheduling has been developed with you in mind. It enables us to keep your waiting time to a minimum and provides formore efficient and effective patient care.
Because we firmly believe in the value of your time and dislike long waiting periods in the office, we'll try to honor your appointment time. However, pleases understand that because of the specialty of our practice, surgical delays and emergency treatment may occasionally cause unforseen delays in appointment schedules. Certain treatment procedures require additional time, so please allow sufficient time for your office visit so that it will not conflict with other obligations you may have. Also consider that some treatment preparation, such as enemas, etc., may prolong the visit of the patient ahead of you and temporarily delay the schedule of patients.

No-Show Policy
If you are unable to keep your appointment we ask that you give our office at least 48 hours notice. A fee of $25.00 will be assessed if you fail to give us this notification prior to missing an appointment. This consideration will make it possible to give your appointment time to another patient who wishes to see the doctor.

Perscription Policy
Most of the prescriptions that you may receive from the Clinic are generally a one-time necessity. For your safety, it's not our policy to prescribe new medication over the telephone. Previously prescribed medication therapy may be handled by telephone only while you remain under our active care, and only during regular office hours. Not all prescriptions are refillable. In most cases, your pharmacist will have information concerning your refills. The pharmacist will fax our office with refill instructions at your request. Please plan ahead to avoid running out of your prescription medication during or after office hours. Please note: No refills are granted over the weekend or after Clinic hours. Please check your prescriptions in time so that you do not run out of medication over the weekend.
